You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use phatya. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement under PAGCOR regulations applicable in the Philippines.
Each player is permitted one account only. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any associated balances may be forfeited pending investigation.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms. Attempting to abuse promotional offers may result in bonus cancellation and account review.
Funds must be deposited from payment methods registered in your own name. Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for deposit where possible.
Fraud, collusion, use of automated software, and any attempt to manipulate game outcomes are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the phatya website, mobile platform, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Platform") operated by phatya and licensed by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation ("PAGCOR"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. phatya reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. phatya reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements will be suspended pending investigation, and any funds held may be withheld subject to applicable regulations.
Each Player may hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Account. You must notify phatya immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
phatya may require identity verification ("KYC") before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Required documents may include a government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
Deposits: Funds may be deposited into your Wallet using the payment methods available on the Platform, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. phatya aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements. phatya reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal.
Currency: All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Exchange rate fluctuations, if applicable, are the Player's responsibility.
Inactive Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. phatya may apply an administrative fee to inactive account balances in accordance with its published dormancy policy.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by phatya are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms by reference.

All games available on the phatya Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game rules expressly state otherwise.
phatya uses certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology and live dealer systems sourced from licensed game providers to ensure fair and unpredictable game outcomes. Return-to-Player ("RTP") percentages for applicable games are published in the game information panels.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, phatya reserves the right to void affected rounds and return staked amounts to the Player's Wallet. Winnings generated during a confirmed system error may be voided.

Violations of this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities including PAGCOR.
All content on the phatya Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the property of phatya or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of Platform content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phatya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
phatya does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit phatya's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
phatya collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. phatya complies with applicable Philippine data protection legislation, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
phatya is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options to help Players manage their gaming activity. These tools are accessible from your Account settings or by contacting our support team.

phatya reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or if phatya is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction from PAGCOR. Upon termination for cause, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to you subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable withdrawal conditions, unless forfeiture is required by law.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting phatya support. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after applicable checks are completed.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phatya Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to phatya's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.
phatya operates under a licence issued by PAGCOR. Any unresolved complaints may be escalated to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.
